The Astros $15 million investment

One of these columns represents Kaz Matsui's 2006/2007 performance outside of Coors.

The other represents Chris Burke's 2007 season plus the end (Sept/Oct) of 2006. I picked that particular timeframe in order to get the two players to the same number of plate appearances.

See if you can tell which player is which. If you can make a distinction, see if you can determine which player you prefer.

I'm not going to tell you which is which because ... well, frankly, because it doesn't really matter.

In all fairness, stolen bases would have tilted the numbers in Matsui's favor, but that's not why I omitted them. Obviously their inclusion would have affected the fungibility of the columns, and thus their anonymity.
